Data we collect

Contact form: when you send a project inquiry, we receive the name, email, company, location, deadline and message you provide. This is used only to respond to you and is delivered to us by e-mail through the form provider (Web3Forms).

Analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregate usage data — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. It uses cookies to distinguish visits. IP addresses are not stored by us and are truncated by Google.

Cookies and consent

The site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics cookies are only placed after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner, nothing is loaded and no cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookies" link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Legal basis (LGPD)

We process contact-form data to take steps at your request and to pursue our legitimate interest in replying to inquiries (Art. 7, LGPD). Analytics data is processed only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing and retention

Form submissions reach us by e-mail via Web3Forms and are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting project. Analytics data is held in Google Analytics under Google's terms and its retention window (14 months). We do not share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the LGPD you may request access to, correction of, anonymisation of, portability of, or deletion of your personal data, and information about how it is shared. Write to contato@xtrud.com.br and we will respond within the legal deadline. You may also contact Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
